I want to know about the Income Tax Return filing provisions for A foriegn female citizen, married to an Indian citizen in India, Earning & residing in india. How her income will be taxed in india, and what is the provision for filing Income Tax Returns in India. Plz tell me ASAP

First determine her residential status for the previous year and then compute the income and tax based on her residential status(i.e., resident or non-resident)
