I've completed my graduation but results are not yet declared.
How can I apply for provisional online registration in CS executive? Please help.

you need register at https://www.icsi.in/student/Students/StudentRegistration.aspx
just that instead of submitting Final's degree, you may submit second year marksheet or a certificate from your college as a proof that you have written third year's papers.
