whether Provisional & Projected Balance Sheet of a Pvt Ltd Company is prepared in Revised Schedule VI Format or it can be prepared in Horizontal format as well.

1)Some times Bankers will ask to provide Balancesheet for year ended in april or august if they doubted on heath of company to repay their dues..in such cases company will provide provisional balancesheet which is not yet audited

2)Generally when company is going for termloans availedment bankers will ask to provide projected financials for 2-3 years from now
