Provisional admit card

I have recieved a provisionary admit card for ca cpt dec 13 and the exam department has asked me to submit documents at the latest by 21st december.the problem is that right now I am in kathmandu as I had opted for a centre here and they have asked for the copy of registration letter and copy of proof that I have appeared or passed 12th class examination.should I be worried about it because it has really taken away the flow of my studies.

guys please note that e-sahayata is not a solution to everything. This is a case of provisional admission which needs to be confirmed. This requires that the said student submit the documents with student section.
