Please tell me procedure how to do PF monthly NIL Returns

14 June 2016 you can file a nil ecr with The administrative charges in respect of the EPF Scheme However,the minimum charges payable has been fixed at seventy five rupees per month for every non-functional establishment having no contributory member.
Likewise, the minimum administrative charges with regard to EDLI Scheme have been fixed at twenty five rupees per month for every non-functional establishment having no contributory member
