09 December 2014 esic calculate on the total earing of the month @ 1.75% if total salalry exceeds rs. 15000/- then ESic not applicable.

EPR calculate on basis salary @ 12%
if you salary up to rs. 15000/- then epf applicable. salary above rs,15000/- then no epf applicable.
