Can Employers' contribution towards PF be deducted from Salary?

No it can't be deducted but it has to be paid from the funds of the company.

No it cant as same is to be contributed by employer not employee.

Thanks for your reply. The company I am working has mentioned employers' deduction as part of CTC. Is this allowed?

It will be part of CTC but it will not be deducted from your salary. Such payment is a cost to the company hence it is part of CTC.
