This query is : Resolved

10 July 2011 Dear Sir/Ma'am,

For the calculation of PF what all is included in salary...???

Does Employers contribution of 12% goes to provident fund whereas Employees contribution of 12% is broken into two parts out of which 8.33% (maximum upto Rs.541) is contributed to pension scheme & the remaining 3.67% (plus the addition amount beyond Rs.541) is contributed to Provident fund..???

plzzz answer my Query as soon as possible...

Thanks in advance....

10 July 2011 Salary means Basic salary and dearness allowance

IN PF only employees contribution going fully to provident fund and Employer`s contribution only going to part pension and part provident fund

10 July 2011 sir, does any deduction or any allowance other then Basic & DA is included in salary while computing Provident Fund????

17 July 2011 No deduction or addition on that. except in case of Loss of pay there in your salary, if LOP is there based on proportion of LOP PF value also will reduce
