who is eligible for regestration, if employee is less than 15 members can we go for regestration?

yes.. you can opt for registration . But its optional.
Its mandatory if the number of employee is 20 or more.
again, once you have registered under pf, you can not withdraw the same irrespective of the number of employees then onwards.
