From Employer point of view, should a pvt ltd. company deduct pf from any employee whose age is 60 yrs, even if his Basic+Da is Less than Rs. 6500/-

PF will not deducted a person who is retired from his service, Age as per Govt. Rule. As you appoint him a Consultant. not a Employee. You may give every facility to him which ends at your end.
