Dear Sir This i resign from x copmany & i got gratuity of Rs. 17000/- & P.F.of Rs. 75000/- than this both amount is exempted or taxable

Allowances received at the time of termination of employer and employee relation ship(i.e leaving of Job from that employer) is exempted. So it is exempted.
