In form 15CA and 15CB for remittance to foreign country the proposed date of remittance was mentioned as 09/08/2012.
for any reason if the remittance could not be made on that date can I use the same forms for future remittance or new forms should be taken for the future date??

Form 15 CA should be filed electronicly .
You have to submit it to bank for payment.
You can make payment on or before the proposed date and use the same form.
