Proposed date of remittance in form 15cb and 15ca

08 August 2012 In form 15CA and 15CB for remittance to foreign country the proposed date of remittance was mentioned as 09/08/2012.

for any reason if the remittance could not be made on that date can I use the same forms for future remittance or new forms should be taken for the future date??

please clarify..

09 August 2012 Form 15 CA should be filed electronicly .
You have to submit it to bank for payment.
You can make payment on or before the proposed date and use the same form.
