    Sir, If i have taken a buyers credit from a foreign bank and the due date of the same is 01-01-13 but due to som reason form 15CA could not be issued on the same date now bank requires form 15CA/CB. What course of action I should take Urgent please

    Dear Sir, We have purchase a machine from China invoice is as cost of Machine$ 2300 and freight $ 5000 total invoice value is $ 28000, i want to know that should i take total invoice value as cost of machine or should i make a separate entry for freight and machine, is service tax applicable on this kind of freight. Thanks
