02 January 2013 i am having some property in my name and some as karta in my huf? i want to prepare a will can i include property of huf under my will for bifurcation? i want to give property of my huf to my daughter and not son?? what can i do??

In my opinion you can mention property only in your own name and not of HUF as the same belongs to HUF ( Karta as well as all members of the HUF), if you want to transfer the HUF property to your daughter the you will have to make a gift deed for the same apart from your will for transferring property in your own name
