ANYBODY PLEASE CLEAR MY FOLLOWING DOUBTS
ONE PROPERTY IS IN THE NAME OF 7 PEOPLE. WE WANT TO PURCHASE THE SAME. THEY ASKING THE PAYMENT AGAINST THE SAME IN A FIRMS NAME. WHETHER IT IS LEGAL OR NOT. WHAT DOCUMENT REQUIRED TO PROOVE THE DEAL AS LEGAL PLEASE ADVISE. THANKS IN ADVANCE.

You should make the payment to all the 7 owners in their ratio of ownership. No payment should be made to any firm as told by owners as in future they may say that you have not made any payment to them.
