IS RELATED TO SERVICES ONLY PLS GUIDE US INPUT PRODUCT IS ALLOWABLE ON PROPERTONATE BASIS OR NOT

when goods received in factory you need to take cenvat credit of input.no need to take proportionate duty in case capital gods you need to utilized 50 % of credited duty.
