What is the time limit for submission of Proof of Export,?
What kind of Document need to Submit along with POE?
Is exporter need to follow up with excise dept for getting acceptance of Proof after submission of proof of export?

23 June 2016 Proof of Exports needs to be submitted within 180 days from the date of clearance from the factory , ie date of ARE1 ( Ref Notification No.42/2001)

Following are the list of Documents required to be submitted.
Annexure 19
1 EP copy shipping bill
2. ARE1 - Original & Duplicate
3. Duplicate for Transporter bill copy
4. BL Copy
5. MAT receipt,
6. BRC copy

What about Last Point of my Query?

and sometimes we received payment after 6 month, in this case what we do?

24 June 2016 If we receive the payment after 6 months, u can still submit the POE without BRC copy,as BL & Mat receipt suffice that goods exported and that is enough proof that we completed export of the goods.
Acceptance of the documents is acknowledgement in annexure 19 which has to be in 2 copies 1 for submission and 1 for your records. once the dept. puts their stamp, it is an acknowledgment for us.
