1: Latest Copy of Electricity Bill or Gas Bill or Telephone Bill as a Utility Bill 2: Municipality Tax Bill or Sale Deed Copy as a proof of registered office 3: NOC of the person whose name is mentioned in Utility Bill - NOC should be given by Utility Bill Holder to proposed name of the Company (Warning: If Utility Bill is not indicating the name of real owner then first of all make a process to change the details of utility bill OR take NOC of the person in whose name Utility Bill is Registered)
