I want to be a promoter of my business. I am also in employement with one of org . whether promoter is considered as dual employment ?

If your terms of engagement with the current employer does not contain any clause which forbids you from carrying out your own business, you can form your own business. Promoter is basically associated with those who like to be entrepreneurs and an employee is engaged in employment.
