Speculation involves trading a financial instrument involving high risk, in expectation of significant returns.

Speculation includes the buying, holding, selling,and short-selling of stocks,bonds, commodities,currencies,collectibles,real estate,derivatives or any valuable financial instrument.

22 June 2018 if you are not taking delivery of the securities ie you are dealing in intraday or obligations trade, then it is covered as speculative trading.
