Professional tax for branch (karnataka)

my client(Proprietor) registered under KVAT Act 2003 and he is having three branches, whether he as to pay professional tax for each branch or he as to pay only Rs.2500/-

Per registration,renewal fees Rs.2500/- so if one registration for all the branches then pay only Rs. 2500
