10 October 2012 will professional tax deducted in bonus payment? Answer required urgent basis. pl clarify my doubt.

10 October 2012 No as per West Bengal Laws Professional Tax need not be deducted on Bonus. Im not sure about other states

In Kar
Ex: upto 9999k no PT
from 10000k to 14999k = 150
from 15000k and above = 200
This how it works in Karnataka...
