As per First Schedule Part I, Clause (4), Can a practising member enter into a Partnership with any person resident abroad. Which institute's qualifications are recognised by the Central Govt or the council for the purpose of permitting such partnerships.

As per first schedule part I clause 4 a practising CA can not entered with partnership with person residen abroad whehter his is qulified by cenral govt. a ca could entered but now CA coucil have withdrawn such partnership qualification . but a ca can entered into partnership with person residing abroad if permitted by coucil
