If a client is shifted from old ca to new ca then for the purpose of online filling of income tax return the new ca required the login details of client , if old ca does not provide the login details then what should the new ca can proceeds. Urgently replied required.

"TRUTH does NOT require any proof."
In few of my similar cases, I wrote a letter from client's e mail, explaining the situation. It worked.
Hope you r getting the underlined theme. Go ahead...it should work.

In particular jaipur the chartered accountants are very bad in giving or shifting their client to any new ca.Any other is available from young CA to proceeds further

08 February 2015 FEAR versus GOOD GOVERNANCE.

Use the same in appropriate manner in all inappropriate matterrs.

As I said, if the case is TRUE and CORRECT, there is no harm in writing a letter to previous CA, marking a copy to ICAI office.

08 February 2015 Ok, no issues.

Jaypur is having ICAI Branch. You can take the help of managing committee.

If you wish you can opt for a penultimate step....by asking some of your friend from a reputed firm to contact the previous CA and try to tell him in a gentleman's language, but with positive attitude. This way, it should work well.
