ARE ARTICLED TRAINEES REQUIRED TO PAY PROFESSION TAX ON STIPEND

As far as first point is concerned,payment to article trainee as stipend is exempt from income tax as held by Jaipur Bench of Tribunal in "Sudhir Sen" case
