Mr. Balu Narayan is a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Pune, major subjects being Auditing &

Advanced Accountancy. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (Fellow). He is also a Certified Internal Auditor – Institute of Internal Auditors, Inc., Florida, USA. He has been the “Treasurer of Pune Audit Club, Institute of Internal Auditors – India, Bombay Chapter for more than five years.

He is a guest faculty for Bank of Maharashtra’s Staff Training College and has authored a paper on ‘Securities Verification – A Risk Based Approach’. He has developed several review models for industries such as Construction, Heavy equipment (Sales and rental) etc. as part of special assignments conducted for banking industry.

He has been involved in Internal Audit assignments, designing Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures for diverse organizations ranging from Yarn, Auto Parts, Ceramics, Tiles, Construction and Energy & Pollution Control Equipment.

He has designed MIS and Systems & Procedures for Advertisement, Service companies and Dealerships.

He has co-developed ‘Management Decision Tables’ which is positioned as an unique low-cost decision making system for management.
