Our Company was incorporated in 2009
However now we are registering for profession Tax (2012). liability to pay Profession Tax of employees will be from 2009 or from the year 2012.

we registering Professional tax dept 2012 so tax this year(Employees)

You will be liable from since 2009. Otherwise, every one would like to get registration as late as be possible.
