22 August 2012 We are a partnership firm our office located in Maharashtra we have a PTRC no (Since Feb 2009)but it is not found on mahavat website can i deposit profession tax manually against this PTRC no or there any alternative to register this no online and the partnership firm is required to deposit profession tax ?

22 August 2012 you can very well deposit manually. Even in Maharashtra, this has started taking the shape of online payment. But in the mean time you can deposit manually.. no problem. Also write a letter to concerned PTO, under RPAD, that your number is not displayed on the site and hence I have paid the tax manually.
