24 August 2012 Please guide us! If someone register himself for e-filling of income tax return.
But he forgot password & security question.
And E-mail ID Has Been Blocked.
In this case what's the process to get password

24 August 2012 If he filled A.Y.2011-12 return of income related to him through e-filing then easy to recover the password by using such e-filing acknowledgment no and last six digits bank account no which is he indicated in his return of income. In this way new password has to be set our self directly. Otherwise he has to write a request mail to ask@incometaxindia.gov.in to reset password.
