What is the procedure to add new services in existing service tax certificate. Any physical document required ?

Form ST-1 has to be amended to include the new service.
This has to be done online through www.aces.gov.in
After electronically submitting the form, hard copy of ST-1 should be submitted to the jurisdictional superintendent with in 15 days of uploading the data.
