Procedure surrendering of din

what is to be if person has 2 din no's, when first din was applied no din no was allowed, without waiting, once again applied with same application, next day i find din no for first application and same person process now 2 din no's, needed practical solution for surreder of 1 din no and procedure for Same, has any one done far,
