Please reply procedure to get tax refund, where assessee has already claimed short/ less refund (how can he claim balance, is it possible)

There is two ways to claim refund.
If the return is filed u/s139(1) due date and there is time and option to file revise return then you can file revise return with including of additional refund and income for that etc....
In case either the return not filed u/s139(1) due date or not option to file revise return i.e due date to file revised return over and completed or assessment completed then you shall file 154(1) rectification request along with the rectification return.
As per your query it seems to you already claimed and received short refund than actually available. So you have to file rectification return u/s154(1) because your assessment process already completed and refund granted.
For more and clear suggestion please provide detail of return filing like A.Y, filing date, offering income, claimed TDS, but actually available TDS etc.... also indicate is it filed through online or manually.
