Can any one suggest me how to make partnership deed?

And what charges a lawyer takes to make it?

03 November 2015 Madam first clear it that what you want. Want to make a company or partnership. If partnership than plz give your email id to send sample partnership deed. FOr company registration you can see ROC WEBSITE

03 November 2015 I would like to establish a partnership firm for the time being.
1. if we go for registration of a company name then the charges will be huge for a startup business.
2. So 2nd option is notary partnership deed.- which is in our budget. But my concern is if we start with notary then can we register for VAT id?
