Procedure for surrenderin st certificate (st-2)

hi i want to know what the procedure for surrendring ST 2 & what the Document Require for it, we have not fileD last ST return Becoz there is no service provide by uS

Registration surrendering has to be done through online.
1. Visit www.aces.gov.in
2. Create userid and password if not yet created.
3.login to the site. click on 'REG'. Click on 'surrender'. click on 'registration number'.
4.fill up the last three columns in the ST-2 appearing therein.
5.click on 'surrender ST-2'.
6.On successful e-filing, take a print out sign and seal, enclose original ST-2 and file before the jurisdictional Superintendent under acknowledgement.
N.B :- File the pending ST-3 before surrendering registration.
