can any body give me the full procedure about how to file ST-1 Form for new Service Tax Registration.
2) is there any fees
3) how to get Service Tax RC

13 July 2011 You can follow following procedure for online registration for Service Tax Assessee

1. Go to www.aces.gov.in and registers as new user.

2. Fill the form ST-1 after login to said website and Submit the same.

3. After submission of ST-1 online a PDF will be generated, take the print out of the same and submit the same with superintendent of Serviec Tax of respective range alogwith Xerox Copy of PAN and Address Proof.

4. Superintendent of Service Tax will issue the Service Tax Registration Certificate in ST-3 form.

There will not be any charge for issue of registration Certificate.
