31 May 2011 i want to know the detailed procedure for obtaining the import n export license for a medicine dealer.

please tell me the detail procedure of the same.

04 June 2011 REFER TO PARA NO 2.8(III_ OF FOREIGN TRADE POLICY 2009-14, SAYS THAT IEC (IMPORT EXPORT CODE) IS EXEMPT FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXPORT / IMPORT FOR PERSONAL USE/ AGRICULTURE PURPOSE.

IN VIEW OF ABOVE IF YOU NOT OCCURS, APPLY FOR ISSUANCE THE IEC CODE BEFORE THE OPEN THE ACCOUNT (EEFC), THERE AFTER APPLY FOR ISSUANCE THE CONCERNED RCMC CERTIFICATE & AD CODE PROVIDE BY RBI.

AND THEN AFTER APPLY FOR THE DIGITAL KEY FOR THE ISSUANCE THE EXPORT IMPORT LICENCE.
