What Transaction Is Taking Place Between Buyer And Seller Regarding Form C. Please Anyone can Explain The Procedure right from the sale of goods.

Form C = This is a declaration by the interstate buyer that he receives material from other state to his state and he will dispose such material for the following use viz., a) Resale b) Use in manufacturing/processing c) packing materials d) generation of power,mining, communications...
For this declaration the selling dealer will charge concessional rate of 2% (for 5% or 5.5% or 14.5% as the case may be)in the bill. The buying dealer cannot claim input tax credit on this interstate purchase.
