16 September 2013 Dear sir , A Pvt Ltd Company had appointed Statutory Auditor for FY 12-13 in its AGM, but due to some reason the Company wants to remove its Auditor and appoint a new Auditor in its place. What is the procedure? Does Form 23B have to be filed again? Whether EGM has to be called?
