Procedure to be followed for exporting the goods to Nepal of the goods imported in India.Goods Imported in India are to be directly exported to Nepal from the Indian port itself.

it depands a export sales contract between buyer and seller .
generally if v wantd to import any goods from any country (not restricted as per provision laid down in FTP) opened any L/C or other terms and condition between buyer and seller.
in view of above , u can import specified as per ftp-2010-2011.
