Problem while uploading form 3cd and 3cb

While uploaading Form 3CD and 3CB after attaching the xml file and DSC I get an error that "cannot read the assessee's file for signing..." Please assist

kindly check your browser security settings. also, the audit report filed after 24th July 2014 are not valid if you are using old utility and the new utility has not been issued yet
