hello expert!
how to calculate service tax of hotels in sikkim( being a subsidy state)???? plz help me coz m new....

15% service tax payable on 60% value of room rent exceeding Rs. 1000 per day. In respect of food 15% service tax payable on 40% value of food in case of food served in AC restaurant. No service tax payable on room rent per day less than Rs. 1000. 15% service tax payable on 70% value of banquet hall rent and food supplied as a package.
