18 September 2014 Hi I got TDS certificate form 16A manual, not from trace for A.Y. 13-14 & 14-15. with wrong PAN, i asked to correct PAN in certificate, after 1 month they issued new, the same manual TDS certificate with correct PAN. But i cant see Tds credit in MY 26AS statement from that party.now its more than 5 months. and i get deemand from CPC can you help me to know what may be problem and what wiil be the solution or they have cheated me in th e name of TDs of Rs.50000/-

18 September 2014 You should write a letter to CPC with a Copy to your Assessing Officer stating the facts clearly and enclosing a copy of the TDS certificate issued to you with correct PAN.

20 September 2014 Its may be because either they have not deposited TDS or have not filed TDS return properly.
