problem in online filling exam form

While creating the new candidate , at the time when I enter my exam(final) I see the following error message on the right hand side of the screen.
Registration No and DOB you have entered doesn't match with our records.However you may submit the details as PROVISIONAL CANDIDATE.

Just for your convenience I am writing the step that I am following. Please help me on this.

1. Opening URL: https://icaiexam.icai.org/login.php
2. Click on New user, please click here on Candidate Login Page
3. On Registration page I enter all the required field but after giving the DOB and Regn # above error comes.

I request you to kindly take a look at my problem and provide me with a solution to this.

I sent mail to all links given in icai site.. and called multiple times in helpline no.. but no response from their side.. please help me out,,

12 February 2011 Check your initial data submitted to the Institute with refarance to your Date of Birth. I hope your DOB mentioned above may not match with the DOB as per your master details of the Institute.

Pls contact the Examination help line.
