one of client having a private limited company , they want to open a branch in USA, i want to know the legal provisions and procedure to be followed. Please let me know the procedure.

10 May 2016 As far as Indian Company Law compliance is concerned just to pass a Board Resolution for opening a branch office and authorizing someone for signing from the branch on the behalf of the Company.

Other compliances of the foreign company will also have to be done.
