22 February 2023 After name change of a private limited company which are all the documents (eg: letterhead, stamp, Visiting Office Board etc) the old name also needs to be specified?
For example : XYZ Pvt Ltd ( Formerly known as XY Ltd )
Is it mandatory to disclose former name and if yes for how long ?

22 February 2023 The company should print its new name along with its former name on all the invoices, letterheads, documents, and records. New name along with former name be displayed outside the registered office of the company for a period of one year from the date of change of the company name.
