Owner of Ola or Uber can't opt for presumptive scheme as they receive commission only. Owners of vehicle who operate their vehicle under Ola or Uber can opt for this scheme.

Commission income not comes under Presumptive Income so you you cannot opt under Presumptive Income Scheme.
