for which businesses Presumptive income @ 8 % of turnover or gross receipt is applied? whether it would apply to sub -broker & real estate broker?

Presumptive Income can be for any kind of business, subject to Gross receipt / Sales should not be more then 60 lakhs in the Fiancial Year
