28 August 2016 I have taken home loan in this FY from DHFL and pre EMI are started, can I take a benefit of these EMI while filling Income Tax return. property is under construction. pls guide.

28 August 2016 once the construction is complete, then you can avail the PRE emi interest in 5 equal installments, starting from the year of completion.
