dear, wheather it is correct or not underwriter commission and stamp duty included in the preliminary expenses?

ye, it can be included to preimanary expences
Expenses incurred on the formation of a company are termed as preliminary expenses. These include following:
1) Expenses incurred on the preparation of various document needed for the registration of company.
2)Stamp duty and registration fees on these documents.
3)Underwriting commission.
4)Cost of preliminary book and common seal.
and any other expenditure for start up..
