dear experts
we have booked some previous year(2007-2008) brokerage expences in FY 2008-2009. the expences were not booked in 2007-2008.
will IT department disallow the expences.
pls mention the under section of income tax.

It depends on the reasons to not booked in the year 2007-08 and the satisfied by the AO.
